Project Overview

Applications are invited to fill 06 positions at the 'Isolation Hospital and Infections Treatment Centre (IHITC)' Chak Shahzad, Islamabad. Appointments will be on a contract basis for a period of 01 year initially, OR till the completion of the project, whichever is earlier. This position is for a Consultant Monitoring & Evaluation (PPS-10).

Educational Qualification & Experience

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in management, including at least 5 years in a senior directorial or leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, nationwide projects with full authoritative command.
• Strong and verifiable experience in brand development, marketing, and advertising is a must.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Over 10 years of experience managing brand communications, with a strong background in media relations and public relations for a top national brand.
• Ability to confidently handle high-level approvals, conduct strategic meetings, manage budgets, and engage with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in delivering CSR or social service projects with measurable public impact.
• A credible, charismatic leader with a passion for public service and the ability to inspire national-level engagement.
• Expertise in managing end-to-end project workflows, including policy development, team hiring, performance management, and operational execution.

General Instructions/Information

Age will be calculated with effect from the last date of submission of applications (Max Age: 35 to 55 Years). Candidates already in Govt. Incomplete applications, advance copy as well as received after the due date shall not be entertained. Only shortlisted applicants will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for the purpose of test/interview. The Competent authority reserves the right to cancel/postpone the recruitment process at any stage.
