Deputy Director (Monitoring & Evaluation)

Organization Overview

Under the provisions of Regulation 9, 10 and 11 of NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002, the National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA), under the Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, is seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals for the following position.

Position Details

NADRA is hiring for the position of Deputy Director (Monitoring & Evaluation). The maximum age for applicants is 50 years.

Educational Background

A minimum Bachelor's degree (4 Years) or equivalent from an HEC recognized University is required. However, a Master's degree will be preferred. All degrees must be recognized and attested by the HEC.

Professional Experience, Skills & Competencies

Candidates must have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience with field operations experience in intelligence setups and forensic investigations, along with a clean service record. Preference will be given to those who have completed intelligence, law enforcement, and forensic investigation courses from reputable institutions. Experience in a senior management role in Pakistani Law Enforcement Agencies, Intelligence Bureau (IB), Police, Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Armed Forces, and others is also desirable. Strong leadership, management, and strategic planning skills are essential for this role.

Job Location

The position will be based in one of the following locations: Islamabad, Gilgit Baltistan, Muzaffarabad (AJK), Gwadar, Quetta, Karachi.

Terms & Conditions

• Selected candidate will be hired initially for a contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).
• Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
• Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
• Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission of application.
• A 5 years’ relaxation in age is already included in the above age limit.
• Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
• Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC)/ relevant regulatory bodies must be provided at the time of interview.
• Females, Minority, Transgenders and Differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Electronic gadgets, mobile phones, smart watches etc. will not be allowed during test and interview.
