Role Overview
The Punjab Education, Curriculum, Training & Assessment Authority (PECTAA), School Education Department, Govt. of the Punjab, seeks a proficient Managing Director (Monitoring & Evaluation). This is a three-year contract position at MPS-I pay scale, based in Lahore. The incumbent will lead the development and implementation of robust M&E frameworks, ensuring data-driven decision-making and quality assurance across PECTAA's initiatives.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) frameworks for PECTAA's programs, projects, and initiatives.
- Oversee all aspects of data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting for M&E purposes.
- Ensure the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of assessment, monitoring, and evaluation activities across the organization.
- Provide strategic insights and evidence-based recommendations derived from M&E findings to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Manage public administration aspects related to M&E and champion quality assurance processes within PECTAA.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:PhD or MPhil/MS or Master's/BS (16 years education, at least 2nd Division or 2.5 CGPA) in Educational Assessment, Statistics, Engineering, M&E, Public Policy/Administration, Project Management or any other relevant field from a well-reputed international or national institute duly recognized by HEC.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years (after Master's/BS) of experience in assessment, monitoring, evaluation, public administration or quality assurance in a public/private sector organization.
- Minimum 7 years (after MPhil/MS) of experience in assessment, monitoring, evaluation, public administration or quality assurance in a public/private sector organization.
- Minimum 5 years (after PhD) of experience in assessment, monitoring, evaluation, public administration or quality assurance in a public/private sector organization.
35 - 55 years.
