Job Overview

Applications are invited from highly qualified, dynamic, accomplished and experienced professionals for appointment to the position of Managing Director, Daanish Schools Authority (DSA), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan. There is 01 post available under SSPS-I pay scale.

Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications

Candidates must hold a minimum master's degree from a HEC-recognized national or foreign university. Preference shall be given to candidates possessing a master's degree in Finance, Public Administration, Business Administration, Management Sciences, Economics, or Social Sciences. Applicants must possess at least 25 years of managerial experience in public or private sectors, including experience of at least two years' experience in educational organizations or institutions in a senior management position. Preference may be given to experience in a residential school or similar organization in a senior management position.

Important Instructions & Application Method

• Recruitment shall be made strictly on merit through a competitive, transparent and merit-based selection process in accordance with the Daanish Schools Authority Act, 2026 and the relevant Rules.
• Only shortlisted candidates fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria shall be called for the test/interview.
• No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
• Interested candidates shall apply ONLINE ONLY through the National Jobs Portal (NJP) at www.njp.gov.pk. Applications submitted by hand, courier or email shall not be entertained.
• Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Body employees shall apply through the proper channel and shall produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC), where applicable, at the time of interview.
