Job Overview

The Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training intends to hire the services of a Director General (MP-1) for the Pakistan Institute of Education (PIE) on a contract basis. The initial contract is for a period of three (03) years, which is extendable subject to satisfactory performance and approval by the relevant authority. The Director General shall serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the institute.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for advancing education research and policy innovation.
• Oversee sector planning, national assessments, and evidence-based reforms in Pakistan.
• Manage institutional affairs effectively as the Chief Executive Officer of the Pakistan Institute of Education (PIE).
