Job Overview

Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training intends to hire the services of Director General (MP-1), Pakistan Institute of Education (PIE) on a contract basis, initially for a period of three (03) years extendable subject to satisfactory performance and approval by relevant authority.
The Director General shall serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Pakistan Institute of Education (PIE) and provide strategic leadership for advancing education research, policy innovation, sector planning, national assessments, and evidence-based reforms in Pakistan.

Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions as contained in MP Scales Policy, 2020 (Policy Link) and Finance Division's O.M dated 31.10.2023 (Revision of MP Scales), as amended from time to time (Finance Division Link) shall apply.
Incomplete applications and those received after the closing date shall not be entertained. Only short-listed candidates fulfilling the laid down criteria will be called for interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any time without assigning any reason.
