About the Job

The Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training (Daanish Wing), Government of Pakistan, is seeking a dynamic, accomplished, and experienced professional for the position of Managing Director, Daanish Schools Authority (DSA). This is a top-tier leadership role aimed at overseeing the strategic development and administration of Daanish Schools. Recruitment will be made strictly on merit through a competitive, transparent, and merit-based selection process in accordance with the Daanish Schools Authority Act, 2026 and the relevant Rules.

Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Qualification: Minimum master's degree from an HEC-recognized national or foreign university. Preference shall be given to candidates possessing a master's degree in Finance, Public Administration, Business Administration, Management Sciences, Economics, or Social Sciences.
• Experience: At least 25 years of managerial experience in public or private sectors, including experience of at least two years' experience in educational organizations or institutions in a senior management position. Preference may be given to experience in residential school or similar organization in senior management position.
• Maximum Age: 65 years.
