Manager QA/QC

Rapidev is looking for a dedicated and skilled Manager QA/QC to drive quality management systems, software, AI/ML, and hardware quality. You will be responsible for leading the QA/QC team, overseeing qualification, compliance, FAT & SAT, and driving audits, RCA, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Lead Group QA/QC and QMS
• Drive software, AI/ML & hardware quality
• Oversee qualification, compliance, FAT & SAT
• Lead the QA/QC team and quality initiatives
• Drive audits, RCA & continuous improvement

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 8–12 years in QA/QC or quality leadership
• QMS experience with CMMI & ISO 9001
• Strong software QA, hardware QC & RCA expertise
• Experience in regulated sectors is an advantage
