Job Overview

Capital Development Authority (CDA) is seeking a qualified and experienced Manager Nursery (PPS-8) on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CDA nursery operations efficiently and contributing to its commercial viability.

Qualification and Experience

Education: Master's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Forestry, Botany, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
Preference: Preference will be given to candidates having a specialized degree in plant sciences, molecular biology, Biotechnology, or floriculture higher degree in the relevant field.
Experience: Seven (07) years of experience in the relevant field in a responsible position equivalent to Basic Pay Scale 17 & above in Government or in an organization or firm of repute in the public or private sector.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for this position is 40 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per government policy.

General Information

Appointment will be on merit.
This is a contract position for an initial period of two years, extendable upon requirement, with no right to regular appointment.
CDA reserves the right to cancel the advertisement or modify the number of posts.
Government/Public sector employees must provide a departmental NOC.
Only shortlisted candidates meeting the criteria will be contacted for test/interviews.
No TA/DA will be provided.
