Manager (International Collaboration)

Position Summary

The Manager (International Collaboration) will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships with international organizations, foreign governments, and NGOs involved in disaster management. The role involves representing NDMA on international forums, coordinating foreign aid, and aligning national strategies with global frameworks. This is a 24-month contract position, extendable based on performance, with a salary package equivalent to PPS-09.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent diplomatic and communication skills, with a proven track record in international relations or a related field. A deep understanding of the global disaster management landscape is essential. You will be expected to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to achieve common goals.

Selection Procedure

Shortlisting will be based on the applications received. Shortlisted individuals will be invited for a test/interview. Verification of original documents (HEC attested) will be done at the interview. NDMA will not provide any TA/DA for attending the interview. A minimum service period of 18 months is mandatory for selected candidates.
