Management Trainee Officer

Job Overview

National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) invites applications for the position of Management Trainee Officer (MTO). There are a total of 15 vacancies available. Selected candidates will undergo a two-year initial training period. This position offers a monthly stipend of Rs. 100,000 during the traineeship.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold a Master's degree or 4 years Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) from a local or foreign institute recognized by HEC in Finance, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Insurance, or equivalent with at least 60% marks. Alternatively, equivalent professional qualifications such as ACII, CA, ACCA, ICMA, CIMA, and PIPFA are also accepted. Maximum age limit is 28 years as on the closing date of the advertisement.
