National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) is a premier state-owned enterprise in Pakistan's general insurance industry. NICL is offering career opportunities for the position of Management Trainee Officer (MTO). This is a two-year initial traineeship program designed to build capacity. Selected candidates will undergo training under the supervision of Open Testing Service (OTS).

Job Details and Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess a Master's degree or 4-year Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) from a local or foreign institute recognized by HEC. The required fields of study include Finance, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Insurance, or equivalent with at least 60% marks. Alternatively, candidates with equivalent professional qualifications such as ACII, CA, ACCA, ICMA, CIMA, and PIPFA are also eligible. Familiarity with the ERP environment is preferred.
