Management Trainee Officer (MTO)

Program Overview

The University of Lahore introduces the Management Trainee Officer (MTO) Program designed to groom and retain fresh graduates in Information Technology and Business Management. The program offers comprehensive exposure, training, and hands-on experience across various functional and administrative domains in IT Services and Design.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor's degree (16 Years education) in Commerce/ Trade/ Finance/ Business Studies with a minimum of 3.00 CGPA.
• Experience Required: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Initial Contract Duration: 2 Years.

Stipend and Compensation

Starting: PKR 60,000/- (all-inclusive)
Second year: PKR 80,000/- (all-inclusive)

Instructions

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview, followed by a written test.
• Incomplete or applications received after the due date will not be considered.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.
