Job Overview

Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL), a premier state-owned enterprise under the Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan, offers an exciting career opportunity. We are inviting applications for the position of Management Trainee Officer (MTO) for a one-year initial training period. Written tests and recruitment processes are conducted by Open Testing Services (OTS).

Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications

Candidates must possess a Master's degree or 4 years Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) from an HEC recognized institution in Insurance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Human Resource, or equivalent with at least 50% marks or 2 CGPA out of 4.0 CGPA / 3 CGPA out of 5.0 CGPA. Alternatively, equivalent professional qualifications such as ACII, CA, ACCA, ICMA, CIMA, and PIPFA are accepted.

Pay the test fee via 1-Bill Payment using any banking app. Upload scanned copies of your CNIC, domicile, educational degrees, and experience certificates through the OTS portal.
