Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL), a premier state-owned enterprise in the insurance sector, is offering career opportunities for Management Trainee Officer (MTO) positions. Selected candidates will undergo a one-year initial training program.

Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Master's degree or 4 years bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in fields such as Insurance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Human Resource, or equivalent with at least 50% marks or 2 CGPA out of 4.0 CGPA / 3 CGPA out of 5.0 CGPA. Equivalent professional qualifications like ACII, CA, ACCA, ICMA, CIMA, and PIPFA are also accepted.

Interested candidates must apply online through the Open Testing Services (OTS) website at www.ots.org.pk. Pay the test fee using 1-Bill Payment on your banking app, and upload all required attested educational documents, CNIC, domicile, and experience certificates.
