Job Overview

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Rawalpindi requires the services of a Legal Advisor on a part-time basis for an initial period of two years.

بورڈ آف انٹرمیڈیٹ اینڈ سیکنڈری ایجوکیشن راولپنڈی کو سول اور سیشن کورٹس اور بعد عدالت عالیہ اور بعد عدالت عظمیٰ میں مقدمات کی پیروی اور قانونی معاونت کے لیے جزووقتی تقرری کے لیے ایک سینئر لیگل ایڈوائزر کی خدمات کی ضرورت ہے۔

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess a Law degree and have a minimum of 20 years of experience practicing at the bar council with a valid license.

تعلیم: لا، کم از کم 20 سال کا تجربہ مع بار کونسل کا لائسنس یافتہ۔

Salary and Remuneration

The selected candidate will receive a monthly retainer of 30,000 PKR (subject to applicable taxes). Additional fees apply for High Court and Supreme Court cases as per policy.

(i) 30,000 روپے ماہانہ (انکم ٹیکس کی کلوتی حسب قوانین ہوگی)۔
(ii) اماہا مباشرہ کے علاوہ ہائی کورٹ کی حد تک فی کیس مبلغ 10,000 روپے بعد از فیصلہ ادا کیے جائیں گے۔
(iii) سپریم کورٹ آف پاکستان کی حد تک کیس مبلغ 12,000 روپے بعد از فیصلہ ادا کیے جائیں گے۔
