Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lab Manager to oversee our laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing laboratory equipment, supervising staff, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of testing methods.

Key Responsibilities

As a Lab Manager, you will be responsible for supervising laboratory operations, managing a team of laboratory professionals, and operating/maintaining laboratory equipment, including spectrometers and XRF analyzers. This involves ensuring the lab's equipment is in optimal condition, experiments are performed accurately, and results are delivered promptly. You will also oversee the training of lab personnel and the implementation of safety protocols.

Education and Experience

To be considered for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 20 years of experience operating laboratory equipment, including XRF, spectrometers, and hardness testers. Practical experience in operating X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) equipment, spectrometers, hardness testers, and related equipment is preferred.
