Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all the operations of the store, supervise store inventories, maintain record of inward and outward items.
• Supervise all the cash transactions and prepare record of it.
• Conduct periodic physical inventory reviews, maintain detailed stock consumption records, and assess the quality of items in stock.
• The Store Manager will also be responsible for purchase-related activities, including preparing and reviewing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors to ensure timely deliveries, negotiating costs, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
• Inspect incoming items for quality against invoices, verify purchase orders, and confirm accuracy of deliveries.
• Document clear notes on the receipt of items against each invoice and compile comprehensive expenditure reports along with monthly stock reports.
• Perform any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: The candidate should have Bachelors or Master's Degree from any recognized institute/university.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience of working in reputable institution and have minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
