As an IT Support Officer, your daily duties will include:- Keeping internet and WiFi running smoothly at all points.
- Running and troubleshooting HMS software daily and coordinating with the vendor.
- Managing AnyDesk and TeamViewer access with strict password rules.
- Providing desktop, printer, and hardware support across the entire setup.
Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:- Hold a DAE or 2-year diploma in IT, Computer Science, or Networking.
- Possess 1 to 2 years of IT support or networking experience.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certificate will be considered a strong plus.
- Quick to learn new software and follow basic security rules.
