About the Role

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in IT.
• Knowledge of networking, hardware, and operating systems.
• Familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees.
• Maintain IT infrastructure, hardware, and software.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot systems and applications.
• Ensure data security, backups, and system performance.
• Support ERP/software implementation and users.
• Monitor and resolve technical issues promptly.
