In-Charge TCP

Job Overview

To support its expanding solid waste management initiatives in Kasur, Sheikhupura, and Nankana Sahib, Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) is seeking applications for forty (40) contractual positions of In-Charge TCP (Transfer Collection Point). These roles are vital for the efficient collection and transfer of waste.

Key Responsibilities

The In-Charge TCP will be responsible for managing the operations at Transfer Collection Points. This includes overseeing waste collection, ensuring timely transfer, supervising staff, maintaining records, and coordinating with other operational units. This role requires proactive management to ensure smooth functioning of TCPs.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must meet one of the following educational criteria:
1. Minimum sixteen (16) years of education in Biological Science or any branch of Biology, Environmental Sciences, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Statistics.
OR
2. Fourteen (14) years of education in Computer Sciences with a CGPA of 2.5 or above.
This position is open to Fresh graduates. Candidates having a relevant domicile of Sheikhupura, Kasur, and Nankana Sahib will be considered only.

Age Limit

The maximum age for applicants is 35 years, as of the application closing date.

Only candidates who are shortlisted will be invited for a test/interview; no TA/DA will be paid.
Applicants must bring original documents and attested copies of their degrees/certificates (verified by HEC or the concerned regulatory body), CNIC, and other relevant papers to the interview.

Individuals currently employed in Government/Semi-Government Departments or Autonomous Bodies are required to submit their applications through the appropriate official channels.
LWMC reserves the right to transfer, depute, or assign the selected candidate to any affiliated organization at any time, whether permanently or temporarily, at its sole discretion.
