Job Overview
As an Assistant Manager Contracts at PHIMC, you will play a crucial role in the administration of contracts. You will oversee contract terms, conditions, and compliance.Responsibilities
• Manage contract lifecycle from creation to renewal.• Ensure contract compliance and accuracy.
• Help negotiate terms and conditions.
• Maintain contract records and documentation.
• Assist in the resolution of contractual disputes.
Skills Required
• Strong understanding of contract law and terminology.• Detail-oriented approach to contract management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records.
• Knowledge of contract management software.
Qualification & Experience
• 16 years of formal education with a degree in Finance/Project Management/Economics/Commerce/Civil Engineering/Law from HEC recognized institute.• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to those who have working experience in contract management/negotiations of contract terms & conditions and compliance.
