Hub Head / Regional Executive - Credit

Job Overview

National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) is seeking a talented, dedicated, and experienced professional for the position of Hub Head / Regional Executive - Credit (VP) in the area of Risk Management. The employment will be on a contractual basis for three years, which may be renewed at the discretion of management.

Key Responsibilities

• To review and approve retail credit proposals jointly with Business or Risk.
• To manage and monitor the retail credit portfolio to safeguard credit quality.
• To analyze credit proposals to identify risks and recommend appropriate mitigants.
• To oversee the performance of underwriters and analysts in decision-making processes.
• To conduct comprehensive credit assessments by evaluating customers' financial strength and repayment capacity.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college recognized by the HEC of Pakistan. Candidates having Master's degree and/or relevant certifications will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 08 years of banking experience out of which 05 years must be in credit approvals in a commercial bank.
