Job Overview

PPCBL is looking for an HR Strategy & Organizational Development Head to lead talent succession, leadership development, and career architecture programs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business objectives
Lead organization design, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives
Drive talent, succession, leadership development, and career architecture programs
Lead culture transformation, change management, and employee engagement initiatives
Develop HR policies, frameworks, and people practices based on business needs and best practices
Establish HR analytics and metrics to measure organizational and people effectiveness
Lead OD interventions, capability-building, and continuous improvement programs

Qualification & Experience

Minimum 14 years education from HEC-recognized / foreign institution. Minimum 05 years of post-qualification experience with 03 years of relevant or banking experience.
