Role Overview

Scaleup Connect is seeking an experienced HR Officer with a strong background in the NGO sector to manage end-to-end recruitment and oversee general HR operations across programs and field teams.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Workforce Planning:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
  • Advise management on staffing and hiring needs.
  • Coordinate workforce planning across departments.

HR Operations & Employee Management:
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documents.
  • Manage employee lifecycle and payroll inputs.
  • Handle grievances, performance reviews, and engagement.

Compliance, Development & Reporting:
  • Implement HR policies and ensure legal compliance.
  • Coordinate training and staff development activities.
  • Prepare recruitment, headcount, and HR reports.

Experience & Qualifications

  • BPA / BBA / MBA in HR, MPA, MHRM, or a related qualification
  • 3-4 years of relevant HR experience
  • NGO / development sector experience preferred
