About the Job

Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL), a renowned specialized financial institution, is seeking a dynamic professional for the position of Head Treasury Division (EVP-I/EVP). The successful candidate will effectively manage and oversee the functions and activities of the Treasury Division, ensuring liquidity requirements are met and asset liability management is optimized.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively managing and overseeing the functions and activities of Treasury Division by deploying appropriate resources.
• Efficiently contributing to asset liability management of the bank by ensuring liquidity position remains sound and cost-effective.
• Forecasting cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and funds availability for investment and liquidity management.
• Closely monitoring dealing room activities and ensuring treasury investments comply with approved risk parameters.
• Driving and achieving trading, investment, and treasury sales and profit targets through Treasury Fund Management.
• Managing and developing the bank's investment portfolio, treasury policies, and financial products.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum ten (10) years of experience in the banking sector or treasury-related functions.
• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor degree from an HEC recognized Institute or University (National/International).
• Age Limit: Maximum age limit is 60 years as of the closing date to apply.
• Contract: The contract will be up to a maximum of 5 years (extendable) with an age limit of up to 65 years.
