Job Overview

The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Limited invites applications for Head - HR Operations & Employee Relations to manage employee lifecycles, grievances, disciplinary matters, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end HR operations: employee lifecycle, HRIS, payroll coordination, benefits, and HR documentation
Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and service standards in line with SBP regulations and applicable labour laws
Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, investigations, and workplace conduct
Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, regulatory requirements, and statutory obligations
Drive HR process automation, controls, reporting, and operational efficiency
Lead and develop the HR Operations/ER team and ensure high-quality HR service delivery

Qualification & Experience

Minimum 14 years education from HEC-recognized / foreign institution. Minimum 07 years of post-qualification experience with 04 years of relevant or banking experience.
