Role Summary

A Public Sector Company in Sindh is seeking a dynamic professional for the contract-based position of Executive Director - Programs. The role involves leading program management, team leadership, and partnership development, focusing on financial and technical assistance to SMEs/MSMEs.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Economics, or International Development.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience is required in program management, team leadership, and partnership development. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a development financial institution, banks, trade finance, credit administration, SME support organization, or a similar organization.
