Job Overview

WAPDA is looking for suitable candidates for the post of Diver Grade-II (BPS-11) for the office of CE (Power) Tarbela. This position is offered on a contract basis, initially for one year, with the possibility of extension based on performance and organizational needs. There are 2 vacancies available for this role.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must be qualified in 'Deep Diving' from the Pakistan Navy School for Deep Water. A minimum of 05 years of practical experience in deep diving is required.

Age Limit and Quota

The maximum age limit for this position is 45 years. The posts are allocated as follows:

• Open Merit: 01 post
• Punjab (Open): 01 post

The age will be calculated as of the application closing date.

General Conditions and Instructions

• A written test will be conducted by M/s OTS, followed by interviews conducted by WAPDA.
• Government sector employees should apply through the proper channel, providing an NOC.
• Verification of educational certificates/degrees from HEC or relevant Boards/Institutes is required.
• Candidates must present original documents during the interview.
• This is a contract position and will not be regularized.
• Individuals dismissed or debarred from service are ineligible to apply.
• WAPDA holds the right to modify or cancel the recruitment process at any point.
• Travel or daily allowances (TA/DA) for attending the test/interview are not provided.
• Applications that are incomplete, incorrect, or received after the deadline will be rejected.
• Discovery of any bogus information will lead to termination of service.

2. A test fee of Rs. 200/- must be paid to OTS through any Branch of Bank Alfalah, HBL, or ABL using the challan form available on the OTS website.
3. Clearly specify the post (Diver Grade-II) you are applying for.
4. Send the filled prescribed application form, attested copies of educational certificates, domicile, CNIC, experience letters, two recent passport-size photos, and the original fee challan.
5. Mail the complete application package via courier or Pakistan Post to: Manager Operations (WAPDA), Open Testing Service, Office No.1, Central Avenue, Bahria Town Phase-VI, Islamabad.
6. OTS will inform candidates about their roll number slips, test details (center, date, time) via text message.
7. Hand-delivered applications or those received after the closing date will not be considered.
