About the Role
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites applications for the position of Director (Admin/HR/Law) in Islamabad. This crucial role, offered on a two-year contract basis with potential for extension, is responsible for overseeing the administrative, human resource, and legal affairs of the organization. The successful candidate will contribute to policy development, employee management, and ensuring legal compliance within CDA’s operations, particularly those related to water utility management.Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must hold a Master's degree (1st class) preferably in Public Administration, Business Administration, or Administrative Sciences from a recognized institution. The possession of an LLB or LLM degree will be considered a significant advantage. A minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in a managerial position, equivalent to BPS-17 or above, in a reputable public or private sector organization is required. Candidates with prior experience in the field of water utility management will be given preference. A higher degree in the relevant field will also be an advantage.Age and General Conditions
The maximum age for applicants is 40 years, with a relaxation of up to 45 years. The appointment will be on a contractual basis for an initial period of two years, which may be extended based on satisfactory performance and organizational needs. Only individuals who are shortlisted based on the specified criteria will be contacted for further assessment, including written tests and interviews. Prospective candidates are required to present their original educational and experience certificates, along with attested copies, during the interview process. Government employees must secure and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current department. Please note that TA/DA will not be provided for attending tests or interviews.Application Process

A non-refundable and non-transferable application processing fee of Rs. 2000/- is mandatory for each position applied for, payable online using a QR code through any banking app. Candidates applying for multiple positions must submit separate application forms and fees for each.
