Role Overview
The Project Management Unit, Youth Affairs & Sports Department, is actively seeking highly motivated and experienced engineers for the position of Deputy Project Director (Engineering). This role involves extensive fieldwork and demands full dedication for long working hours, focusing on the development and oversight of critical infrastructure projects. Successful candidates will be instrumental in managing projects across North, Center, and South Regions, ensuring timely and efficient execution.Key Qualifications and Experience
To be eligible for this challenging role, candidates must possess a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering and be a registered engineer with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). A minimum of 15 years of substantive construction experience is mandatory. Special preference will be accorded to individuals who demonstrate a strong professional background in the development of sports infrastructure projects, reflecting the department's core mandate.Job Tenure and Conditions
This position is offered on a contractual basis, with an initial tenure of 09 months, extending up to June 30, 2026. The department reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts without assigning any reason. This is a purely temporary engagement.
