Role Responsibilities

The Project Management Unit, Youth Affairs & Sports Department, is seeking competent Assistant Project Directors (Engineering) to join its dynamic team. These positions entail significant involvement in fieldwork and require a strong commitment to work for extended hours. The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting in the oversight and execution of engineering projects, particularly those related to sports infrastructure, in various key divisions across Punjab.

Mandatory Qualifications and Experience

Applicants for the Assistant Project Director (Engineering) role must hold a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering and be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). A solid track record of at least 10 years of construction experience is essential. The department particularly values candidates who have prior experience working in the private sector with a background in developing and managing sports infrastructure projects.

Employment Terms

This is a contractual employment opportunity, valid for an initial period of 09 months and extending until June 30, 2026. The nature of the position is purely temporary. The department maintains the prerogative to adjust the number of advertised positions without prior notice.
