Deputy Program Officer (Environment)

Job Overview

Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company is seeking the services of a qualified, experienced, and dynamic professional for the position of Deputy Program Officer (Environment) under the Punjab Inclusive Cities Program (PICP). This position is based in Faisalabad with 01 post available at PPS-07 scale.

Qualification and Experience

Qualification: 16 Years of education or higher degree in Environmental Engineering/ Sciences from a HEC recognized university.
Experience: Minimum four (04) years of post-qualification experience of professional and technical experience with increasing level of responsibility in environmental analysis. Must have demonstrated experience in developing IEES, ESIAs and EMMPs required under public sector environmental regulations. Experience of preparing Social Assessment Report (SAR), Social Management Plans (SMPs), Resettlement & Rehabilitation Action Plans (RAPS) as required in compliance with ESF. Working knowledge of Local Government Systems and regulatory framework and donor funded projects will be an added advantage.
