Role Overview

Applications are invited for the position of Deputy Director (Customer Care) at Pakistan Railways Headquarters Lahore, under the project 'Establishment of Business Development and HR Support Unit, Pakistan Railways'. This appointment is purely on a contract basis under the Project Pay Scale (PPS-09) system for an initial period of two years, potentially extendable based on performance or project completion.

Key Responsibilities

The Deputy Director (Customer Care) will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations, managing client relationships, and implementing performance coaching strategies. The role demands significant experience in enhancing customer experience and service quality. Preference will be given to candidates who possess experience in sales & performance management, staff training, performance coaching, and conducting Sale & service quality workshops.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree (in any discipline).
2. All degrees must be recognized by PEC/HEC.
Candidates holding foreign degrees must provide an equivalency certificate issued by HEC/PEC.

Experience Required

An overall ten (10) years of post-qualification experience in customer service, client relationship management, and performance coaching is required. Only post-qualification experience is considered for eligibility.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for applicants is 50 years. This includes any applicable age relaxations as per rules.
