Data Analyst (Healthcare Quality)

Position Overview

The Health Policy Board for Medical Teaching Institutions (MTI) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is establishing its office in Peshawar and invites applications for the contractual position of Data Analyst (Healthcare Quality). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing healthcare data to drive quality improvements and inform policy decisions. Qualifications and Experience

To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in data sciences, life sciences, statistics, computer science, or a related field from a recognized university.
• Certification: A certificate or formal training in data analytics, Power BI, or healthcare informatics is required.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare data analytics role or a similar capacity.
• Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, Excel (including PivotTables, formulas), and Google Workspace (especially Google Forms and Sheets). A strong understanding of healthcare quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting requirements is also necessary.
