Quality Assurance Specialist

Position Overview

Applications are invited for the contractual position of Quality Assurance Specialist at the Health Policy Board for Medical Teaching Institutions (MTI), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The position is based in the newly established office in Peshawar. The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance protocols and ensuring compliance with healthcare accreditation standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, engineering, nursing, Pharmacy, or M.B.B.S from a recognized university. A Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Public Health, or Quality Management is preferred.
• Experience: 3 years of experience in healthcare quality or accreditation support roles is desirable.
• Skills: Familiarity with ISO 9001, JCI, or other healthcare accreditation standards. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis.
