Job Overview

A leading Asset Management Company operating in Pakistan is currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced professional for the position of Country Head of Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing strategic retail and institutional sales through a country-wide branch network to meet sales targets. You will play a vital role in achieving targets and driving sales growth in funds.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire sales.
• Ensure proven track-record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in funds.
• Plan and execute strategic retail and institutional sales through country-wide branch network to meet sales target.

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA / Graduate from HEC approved university.
• Minimum 5 years' experience of working in Asset Management Company or Financial Institution.
