Organization Overview

The Health Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals (both male and female) for various posts in designated DHQ Hospitals of the province on a fixed pay basis. The initial appointment is for a period of one (01) year, further extendable based on satisfactory performance.

Position Details

Position: Non-permanent Consultants of Attractive Specialties
Qualification: FCPS in specialty or equivalent qualification from British Royal Colleges or American subspecialty boards or equivalent specialty degree/diploma in the respective field (Pediatric Medicine, Surgery, Gyn/Obs, General Medicine, ENT, Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Eye, Cardiology, Dermatology/Skin, Nephrology, Neurology & Pulmonology) from an institution in Pakistan or abroad, recognized by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council or the Pakistan Medical commission.
Age Limit: No age limit mentioned.

Terms & Conditions

The appointment will be on a contract basis for 01 year (extendable). It is non-transferable and non-pensionable with no contribution to CP/GP Fund. A 90-day probation period applies. Performance will be evaluated yearly. No private practice is allowed. An annual increment of 5% is applicable based on satisfactory performance. Standard terms regarding conduct and leave apply.

How to Apply

1. Interested candidates must visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply online.
2. Create a profile on the ETEA website. Before applying/depositing the fee, candidates must print the E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without verification, application is not possible.
3. After successful online application submission, a prescribed online deposit slip will be generated.
4. Deposit the prescribed test fee (nonrefundable) through Easypaisa app/agent, Jazz Cash app/agent, or at any branch of UBL Bank via UBL OMNI agent.
5. Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having the bank's desired stamp for future reference.
6. Do not send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office initially. These will be required from candidates who qualify the screening test.
7. Online Application Form will be available on www.etea.edu.pk from 12/04/2025.
8. Last date for submission of online Application is 28.04.2025 at (05:00 PM).
9. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA. Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip downloadable from the ETEA website.
10. No separate Call Letter will be issued for screening test.
11. Ensure you have scanned copies of documents and passport size photos before applying online.
