Project Overview

The National Institute of Population Studies, Training and Research (NIPST&R), under the Government of Pakistan, Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination, requires the services of a suitable candidate for the study titled 'Comprehensive Analysis of the Elderly Population in Pakistan'. This engagement is on a purely temporary/contract basis for a duration of 90 days.

Qualifications and Experience Required

The ideal candidate must possess the following:

• Education: Ph.D. in Demography, Economics, Population Studies, or a related field from a reputable HEC-recognized foreign or local institution/university.
• Experience: At least 25 years of experience in research and consultancy, particularly focusing on population structure and aging trends within demographic studies.
• Skills:
  - Proven experience working with large-scale datasets.
  - Strong analytical and writing skills, with a demonstrated ability to interpret and synthesize population data.
  - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  - Experience in preparing and delivering research presentations to stakeholders.
  - Strong team working skills and experience in the same capacity.

Contract Details

Position: Consultant
Number of Posts: 01
Duration: 90 Days
Payment: Deliverable-based payment of 1,800,000/- for the entire duration.
