About SICHN

As a Government of Sindh project (SICHN Act 2018), SICHN in Karachi is dedicated to advancing child healthcare. We are looking for skilled nursing educators, preferably with Sindh domicile.

Role Overview

The Clinical Nursing Instructor is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical education programs for nursing staff. This includes orientation, in-service training, and continuous professional development, ensuring competency in paediatric and neonatal care.

Contract Details

This is a contractual appointment for one year, with potential for renewal based on performance and institutional needs.

Qualifications and Experience

Requires a minimum of a BScN degree, preferably MSN, with valid PNC registration. Significant clinical experience in paediatrics/neonatology and proven experience in nursing education or clinical instruction are essential.
