Furthermore, the role involves conducting regular inspections and managing the maintenance and repair of roads, drainage systems, buildings, and other site structures. You will also be responsible for executing infrastructure improvements and expansions, ensuring full compliance with safety and engineering standards. A crucial aspect of the role is to supervise civil workers, assigning tasks, overseeing completion, promoting skill development, and ensuring site health, safety, and environmental regulations are consistently followed, while proactively identifying and mitigating potential hazards in civil works processes.

Qualifications, Experience, and Age Requirements

Candidates interested in the Civil Works Supervisor job in Khewra must hold a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil discipline from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized institution. A minimum of four years of relevant post-qualification experience is essential, specifically in the supervision of civil construction, maintenance, and repair works.
Preference will be given to applicants with proven experience in managing diverse infrastructure projects, including the construction and upkeep of buildings, accommodations, drainage systems, and roads at mining sites.
