About the Role

National Bank of Pakistan is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Chief Technology Officer (SEVP) in Karachi, Pakistan. The selected candidate will report directly to the President & CEO and will play a crucial role in shaping the bank's overall IT strategy, digital transformation, and technological infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

To provide strategic direction for technology function that supports integrated solutions, including infrastructure, network services, applications, and change delivery.
To lead technology and digital strategic planning to support the achievement of business goals.
To review, maintain, and develop IT policy and procedures to ensure integrity, reliability, and availability of bank information.
To oversee and direct IT team to manage overall risks associated with technology and digital business.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Master degree from a local or international university recognized by the HEC in Business Studies, Information Technology, or Finance.
Experience: Minimum 22 years of experience in IT preferably within a bank, including 5 years as CTO or 8 years at a senior leadership role not below one down of CIO/CTO.
Age Limit: Maximum 57 years on the last date of application submission.
