Job Profile (Chief Financial Officer)

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing the organization's financial strategy. Key responsibilities include managing financial resources, overseeing investments, monitoring expenditures, preparing financial reports for management and the board, supervising the finance and accounts team, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and managing relationships with financial institutions and auditors. The CFO plays a vital role in the financial health and strategic direction of the corporation.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess one of the following:
  • Master's degree in Finance / Banking / Administration or equivalent from an HEC recognized university/institute.
  • Professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA).

Experience

A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience is required, including at least 5 years in a senior management capacity.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for applicants is 55 years.

Duration

The position is offered on a contract basis for an initial period of 4 years, which may be extended based on mutual consent and approval from the HW&SC Board.
