Job Overview

REDAMCO, a State Owned Enterprise, invites applications for the key leadership role of Chief Executive Officer. The selected individual will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operations, and growth of the Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd. This position requires a visionary leader capable of driving commercial success and managing a complex organization. The appointment is initially for a three (03) year contract, further extendable for a maximum period of two (02) years on an annual (yearly) basis, subject to satisfactory performance.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in business administration, public administration, finance, commerce, marketing, Economics, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification from a well-reputed institute duly recognized by HEC. Alternatively, membership in a recognized body of professional accountants is acceptable.
A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience at a Senior Management or C-Level in governance, business administration, finance, commerce, marketing, Economics, Engineering, or any other field relevant to the job in well-known organizations with a commercial orientation is essential.
Experience as a Chief Executive Officer or at a Senior Management level in similar organizations that have commercial attributes, or experience as a member of a governing body of a professional institute or as a head of department, will also be considered.
The maximum age limit for applicants is 55 years.
