NBP is looking for dedicated and experienced professionals for the position of CAD Officer – Documentation (OG-III / OG-II) within the Risk Management area. The role reports to the Regional Executive – Credit Administration Division and is based in Mirpur Khas and Multan.Educational and Experience Requirements
- Education: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC. Candidates holding a Masters' Degree and/or any other relevant professional certification(s) will be preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 03 years of banking experience, with at least 02 years specifically in credit administration and/or credit operations.
Skills and Knowledge Required
- Sound knowledge of Credit Documentation / Pledge Operations / Corporate and SME credit portfolio.
- Exposure to collateral and risk monitoring/reporting.
- Good team management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities
The CAD Officer will be responsible for various duties including, but not limited to:- Assisting in the scrutiny of Sanction Advice / FOL with reference to Credit Approval Authority Booklet (CAAB) / Structure / Seasonal Policies.
- Conducting counter verification / issuance of Disbursement Authorization Certificates for retail products.
- Assisting in the selection of Bank’s Legal Advisor (BLA) and allocation of assignments.
- Preparing standard documentation (e.g., IBs) for structure, consumer, commercial/corporate accounts.
- Preparing non-standard documentation through BLA where assigned.
- Assisting in the registration of charges with SECP / STR and registration of Mortgages/liens with relevant authorities through BLA.
- Seeking Genuineness Certificates from BLA regarding property verification and Perfection Certificates over charges/finance documentation.
- Preparing/reviewing Disbursement Authorization Certificates (DAC) for various account types.
- Handling and maintaining security/finance documents.
- Maintaining relevant registers (safe-in/safe-out).
- Ensuring insurance arrangements are valid and cover required risks as per policies.
- Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor(s).
Employment Details
The employment will be on a contractual basis for three years, potentially renewable at the management's discretion. Selected candidates will receive a compensation package and benefits according to the Bank's Policy/rules.Application Process
