Job Overview

PPCBL is hiring Branch Managers (BM) across Punjab. Apply for Branch Manager to supervise credit processing, documentation and disbursement within delegated authority.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve branch targets for deposits (incl. CA mobilization), advances, Agri/SME/consumer financing and cross-sell
Supervise credit processing, documentation and disbursement within delegated authority; monitor early warning signs
Drive recovery of overdue/classified accounts and control the branch infection ratio
Ensure compliance with operational practices, account opening, clearing, cash management, gold-loan custody and RTGS/service TAT
Implement approved SOPs and internal controls; maintain dual-control and vault/key-custody discipline
Resolve customer complaints and uphold service quality and fair-treatment standards
Supervise, train and appraise branch staff, enforce discipline, attendance and leave management
