Job Overview

Officer Card Management position. Minimum 14 years education from HEC-Recognized / Foreign Institution. Minimum 02 years of relevant or Banking experience.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure daily dispatch of personalized cards (new, reissued, replacement) to branches in accordance with SOPs
Prepare and validate dispatch batches, labels, and ensure accuracy of card details with records
Maintain accurate dispatch logs, courier handover records, and audit trails
Coordinate with courier services and personalization vendors for timely pickup and delivery of cards
Monitor delivery tracking, obtain PODs, and resolve delays or service issues with courier partners
Manage returned, undelivered, or expired cards, ensuring proper system updates, secure custody, and re-dispatch/disposal as per policy
Prepare MIS reports on dispatch status, delivery performance, pending/returned cases, and assist in inventory reconciliation
Ensure compliance with SBP regulations, internal policies, and maintain data privacy, security, and proper documentation throughout the process
