Assistant Professor Human Nutrition

Position Overview

Khyber Medical University Institute of Health Sciences (KMU-IHS) Kurram is inviting applications from Pakistani citizens (male/female) for the faculty position of Assistant Professor in Human Nutrition. This is a single post, equivalent to BPS-19 on a Fixed Pay Basis, located at KMU-IHS Kurram. The institute is committed to excellence in academics and research in health sciences.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification:
a. PhD or equivalent degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or Human Nutrition or relevant qualification from an HEC recognized University/Institution.
OR
b. M.Phil or equivalent degree awarded after 18-years of education in Nutrition and Dietetics or Human Nutrition or relevant qualification from an HEC recognized University/Institution with no 3rd Division in the academic career.
Experience:
a. For PhD holders: No experience is required.
b. For M.Phil holders: 4-years teaching/research experience in an HEC recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization.
Minimum Number of Publications: Nil.
Applicants with experience in clinical Nutrition are strongly encouraged to apply.
