Eligibility Criteria

Applicants for the Assistant Professor position should meet these requirements:

• Education: PhD in Nursing OR Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or Bachelor of Science in Nursing Post-RN (BSN-PRN). Candidates with PhD/MSN shall be given preference. Academic qualifications must be from HEC-recognized Universities/Degree Awarding Institutes.
• Experience: Essential teaching and clinical experience at the undergraduate level.
• Publications: Minimum of 03 publications in HEC recognized Nursing/Health Sciences Journals, with at least one published as the first author in the last two years.
• License: Must possess a valid Pakistan Nursing and Midwifery Council (PNMC) license.

Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering lectures and clinical instruction at the undergraduate level, mentoring students, engaging in research activities, and participating in departmental duties.
