Job Overview

The Directorate of Social Welfare, Special Education & Women Empowerment, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is hiring two Assistant Physiotherapists (BPS-12). These positions are located in Peshawar and fall under the ADP Scheme 'Establishment of Hospice Care and Senior Citizens Centre'. The roles are offered on a Fix Pay Basis with a contract duration up to 30-06-2026. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must hold a Two-Year Diploma in Physical Therapy from a recognized institute.
A minimum of two years of experience in the relevant field is mandatory.
The required age range for this position is 22 to 32 years.

Application Process

Interested candidates fulfilling the criteria should apply online through the Education Testing Evaluation Authority (ETEA) website.
Steps to Apply:
1. Visit the ETEA website: www.etea.edu.pk.
2. Complete the online application form.
3. After submission, a prescribed UBL online deposit slip (containing token number, project code, and personal information) will be generated.
4. Print the deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) at any branch of UBL Bank, UBL OMNI agent, Easy Paisa App, or agent.
5. Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with the bank stamp safe. Do not share it.
6. Do not send any documents to the ETEA office at this stage. Copies of testimonials/documents will be required from candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when requested by ETEA or the Appointing Authority.
7. Online application forms will be available from 27-04-2025.
8. The last date for submission of the online application is 12-05-2025.
9. Candidates will be informed via SMS through ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from the ETEA website.
10. Test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.
11. No separate Call Letter will be issued for the screening test through postal/courier means.

Important Terms and Conditions

Applications are provisional until scrutiny by the appointing authority.
Shortlisting is based on the ETEA screening test results.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
Eligibility must be met by the application deadline.
Government/Semi-Government employees must apply via the proper channel.
A separate application and fee are required for each post applied for.
No travel allowance/daily allowance (TA/DA) will be provided for test/interview.
